About Us
Your Artistic Home in Tbilisi
A family-run boutique hostel in the historic Elia neighbourhood of Tbilisi, Georgia.
Our Story
Elia Boutique Hostel is not just a hostel - it's a living museum of history and creativity. Housed in a stunning Georgian building, every corner tells a story. Our house combines the vintage soul of old Tbilisi with modern comforts, creating an atmosphere where you can slow down and truly experience Georgian life. Thanks to the warm hospitality at the hostel, travelers from all over the world feel at home while discovering the magic of Tbilisi.
The hostel is run by Eliana, our owner and host, who guests across Hostelworld and TripAdvisor consistently describe as caring, funny, and endlessly helpful — many reviews simply call the hostel “home”. From welcoming solo travellers to helping guests plan day trips across Georgia, Eliana and the team look after every stay personally.

The Elia Neighbourhood
Our house stands at Kaishauri Street, 12 in the peaceful Elia district next to Avlabari, on the left bank of the Kura river. Holy Trinity (Sameba) Cathedral is a five-minute walk away, Avlabari Metro Station is 1.2 km from the door, and the Old Town, Bridge of Peace, and Narikala Fortress are all within roughly two kilometres. It is close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough from the bar streets to sleep well.
